VAT on property

One of the most complex areas of VAT, and expensive to get wrong.

VAT on services and place of supply

Where a service is treated as supplied for VAT. It decides who charges what.

The turnover level at which registering for VAT stops being optional.

Vendor lock-in

Being unable to leave a supplier without unreasonable cost or disruption.

Vesting

Also called Founder vesting, Cliff, Reverse vesting

A contractual promise that something is true. Breach gives damages, not a right to walk away.

Reporting wrongdoing, and the strong legal protection that comes with it.
