These terms cover this website and the Fiducia Together platform — the tools care organisations use to run their services, and the publishing tools they use to manage their presence on social media. Using either means you accept them.

The short version

Be honest, publish only what you have the right to publish, follow the rules of any platform you connect, and treat the service as the shared tool it is. We will keep it running, keep your data safe, and be straight with you when something changes.

Your account

Accounts belong to the organisation that created them. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised, and make sure the people you give access to are people you trust with it. You are responsible for what is done under your organisation's accounts.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and honestly. Do not use it to harass or deceive, to publish material you have no right to publish, to probe or disrupt the service, or to gain access to data that is not yours. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you when we do.

Your content

What you create is yours. By publishing through the platform you give us just enough licence to do what you asked — to store your content, prepare it for each destination, and deliver it there on your instruction. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish and for its accuracy and legality.

Connected platforms

The publishing tools connect to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. When you connect an account and publish to it, you must also follow that platform's own terms and community rules, and what happens to content once delivered is governed by them. Platforms change their rules and their interfaces without asking us; if one withdraws or restricts the access our integration depends on, that part of the service may change or stop, and we will tell you when it does.

Fees

Where a part of the service is paid for, the price and billing arrangement are the ones agreed when you signed up for it, and we will give you fair notice before they change.

The service

We work to keep the service available, accurate and safe, but no online service is perfect and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time; if a change removes something you rely on, we will give you fair warning.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, including the decisions of connected platforms, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute — though we would much rather you wrote to us first so we can sort it out.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page. This version was published on 31 August 2026, when the business became Fiducia Together Ltd — the only change was to say who we are.
