We built this because we were the ones filling the forms in
There is a particular kind of tired that arrives at the end of a shift, when the care is finished and the recording has not started. You have done the work properly, with real attention, and now you have to prove you did it. Three times. In three places. None of which talk to each other.
Every one of us has a family member with complex needs, and every one of us lives with a physical or neurological condition of our own. So we have sat on both sides of the table: the carer writing it up at ten at night, and the parent ringing round the next morning to find out what happened. Fiducia Together is the thing we needed on both of those days.

The person at the heart of the conversation
Most care software connects the person to a system. It gives them a record, and then everyone else logs in to look at it. We think that is the wrong way round.
A person being supported has a whole circle of people around them, and the care goes well when those people are talking to each other. So we built one record with a different door for everyone entitled to a part of it: the person themselves, the family beside them, the carer on shift, the nurse, the teacher, the manager and the inspector. What each of them sees is decided by what they are entitled to see, and where the person can decide for themselves, they decide.
We believe everyone should have a voice and deserves to be heard, which is why the talking board is free and always will be, and why every app we make works with eye gaze, switches, big keys and every kind of mind.
Why the paperwork had to go
Corporate healthtech usually fails in one of two ways. Engineers who have never done a night shift build something that looks like a spreadsheet, or care professionals with no engineering behind them cannot get past a form builder. We are both, and we are not a technology company that discovered care.
Between us we hold more than twenty years in the care industry, ten years in software engineering, a qualified person-centred counsellor and a qualified nursery nurse. What we wrote is, in the dull words, care management software, and the dull words are honest: one record of a person's day, their health, their support and their money, recorded where the care happens, with the paperwork, the meetings and the inspection evidence coming out of it rather than being reconstructed afterwards.

What we measure ourselves against
For the people we support: autonomy and a voice, less distress, and care that keeps their dignity intact.
For the workforce: less administrative stress, better retention, and hours given back to the person rather than to the paperwork.
For the wider system: fewer crisis interventions, fewer avoidable hospital admissions, and public value that can be measured.

The real suite with a fictional service already inside it. A throwaway login, no form, and everything you touch is wiped when you leave.
Ask us something
Tell us who you support and what is going wrong at the moment. We will say honestly whether we solve it, and if we do not, who does.
Ask us something difficult
Tell us what you are trying to solve and we will tell you honestly whether we solve it. If we do not, we will usually know who does. There is no sales team to get past. The people who answer are the people who wrote it, and we reply within one working day.
