The short version

We collect only what the service needs to work, we never sell data, and we carry no advertising or tracking. When an organisation connects a social media account, we hold the keys to post on its behalf and nothing more — and disconnecting throws those keys away.

This website

This site carries no advertising and no third-party tracking.

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type — typically your name, how to reach you, and your message — and we use it to reply and for nothing else. When you visit any page, our web server necessarily receives your IP address, the time, and the page you asked for; that is used to serve and secure the site, not to profile you.

Accounts and organisations

When an organisation signs up, we hold the account details its people give us — names, sign-in credentials (stored hashed, never as plain text), and the roles that decide what each person can see. Where an organisation records information about the people it supports inside the platform, that information belongs to the organisation: it decides what is recorded and who may see it, and we process it only on its instructions and only to provide the service.

Connected social media accounts

The publishing tools let an organisation connect its own accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Connecting an account happens on the platform's own sign-in page — we never see your password. What we receive is an access token: a limited key that lets us do the specific things you approved, such as publishing a post you wrote or reading how a post performed.

We store those tokens encrypted, use them only on your instruction, and request the narrowest permissions each platform offers for the job. We do not read private messages, we do not collect your followers' personal information, and we do not use anything from a connected account for advertising or profiling.

Disconnecting an account deletes its token from our systems. You can also revoke our access at any time from the platform's own settings, which cuts the connection off at the source.

What we never do

We never sell personal data. We never share it with advertisers or data brokers. We never move it outside the United Kingdom for storage — the service is hosted in the UK.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep personal data only as long as the account or organisation it belongs to remains active, plus any period the law requires us to keep specific records. When an organisation leaves, its data is deleted on request; connected social account tokens are deleted the moment the account is disconnected.

Your rights

UK data protection law gives you the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have mistakes corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used. Write to privacy@fiduciatogether.uk and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page. This version was published on 31 August 2026, when the business became Fiducia Together Ltd — the only change was to say who we are.
