Why there is no price list on this page
Every service is a different shape, and we would rather work out yours with you than make you guess from a grid. The trial gives you the whole suite for fourteen days, with your own people and records in it, and no card. If it fits, we agree a monthly price for the areas you actually switch on and the people who actually sign in, on one Direct Debit you can change whenever your service changes. No setup fee, no contract length, no per-bed surprise.
If you would like a number before you start, ask. You will get a straight answer from a person the same day.

Care
When a seizure happens at three o'clock, the care plan, the medication record and the family all need to know by five past. Care plans, eMAR, observations, vitals, appointments and referrals, written once, at the bedside, on a phone.
Safeguarding and governance
The inspector arrives and the evidence is already there. Safeguarding, the DoLS register, incidents with their statutory notifications worked out, the risk register, policies with mandatory sign-off, and CQC readiness that assembles itself from the record.
Workforce
A rota that does not fall apart when somebody rings in sick. Rota and shifts, timesheets, absence and leave, payslips, expenses, HR forms, recruitment and a pool of staff the whole organisation can borrow from.

The questions people actually ask
Do we have to take all of it?
No. Every area is in the trial so you can see what you would use. After that you keep the areas you switch on and pay for those. Plenty of services start with two.
What does it cost?
A monthly price for the areas you switch on plus a small amount per person who signs in, on one Direct Debit with no setup fee and no minimum term. Ask and we will give you the number for your service the same day.
Can the family see everything?
No, and that is deliberate. Guardian shows what a guardian is entitled to see, approve and manage. Consent is held per category, and where the person can decide for themselves, they decide.
Is Fiducia Talk really free, or free for now?
Really free. No account, no subscription, no trial that ends. Switch scanning is included, because for some people scanning is the only way they can talk at all.
We already use something else for payroll. Does that matter?
Not at all. Leave that area switched off and keep what works. We would rather you used six areas than resented nine.
Where is our data, and can you read it?
On a private server in the United Kingdom, hosted and maintained by us, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over TLS 1.3. We can read it, and we would rather say so plainly, because a supplier who genuinely cannot see your data also cannot help you recover it.
What happens to our records if we leave?
They are yours. An organisation owner can export the lot as one encrypted bundle without asking us. Erasure is a documented process with an audit trail behind it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing dramatic. We email you before it ends. If you want to carry on we agree a price and your records carry straight over. If you do not, the trial simply closes and nobody chases you.
