What happens next

1. Sign in

The email has your link. Everyone signs in with two-step verification, because these records are about real people.

2. Add your people

Your staff get their own sign-in and their own portal. The people you support get theirs, and their families get Guardian.

3. Do a real week

Run a rota, a medication round, a handover meeting and an incident through it. Watch the register, the MAR and the minutes appear.

4. Decide

We email you before day fourteen. Carry on and your records come with you. Stop and nobody chases you.

Before you start

Do I need a card?

No. There is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.

Is the trial the whole thing?

Yes. Every area, every app, for fourteen days. The only thing you cannot do in a trial is buy something.

What happens to the records I put in?

They are yours. If you carry on they carry over. If you stop, the trial is closed and the records are kept for you for a short while in case you change your mind, then erased.

I just want the family apps.

Choose "a family" on the form and you get Life, Guardian and Staff on their own.

Ask us something difficult

Tell us what you are trying to solve and we will tell you honestly whether we solve it. If we do not, we will usually know who does. There is no sales team to get past. The people who answer are the people who wrote it, and we reply within one working day.
