Internal exclusion
Also called Isolation, Removal room, Seclusion, Reflection room
Removing a pupil from class to a supervised space within school. Permitted, and it should be limited and recorded.

Reading numbers in rows and columns, and spotting what they show.
Intervention
A time-limited programme targeting a specific gap. Should have an entry point, an exit point and evidence.
Interview technique
Being interviewed for a course, an apprenticeship or a job. A skill, and practisable.
Irony

A gap between what is said or expected and what is meant or happens.
