Reverse charge
Also called Domestic reverse charge, VAT reverse charge
A VAT rule that moves the obligation to account for the tax from the supplier to the customer.

Also called Right to work check, Illegal working
Checking that someone may legally work in the UK, before they start. A statutory duty with large civil penalties.
Risk register
A written list of what could go wrong, how likely it is, how bad it would be, and who is doing something about it.
ROAS
Also called Return on ad spend, ROI on advertising
Revenue produced per pound of advertising. Looks like profitability and is not.
Rules of origin
Where goods count as being from, which decides whether a trade deal's rates apply.
Runway
Also called Cash runway
How many months you can keep going before the money runs out at the current rate.
