Six apps. One record. The person in the middle of it.
Some of these belong to the person being supported. Some belong to the people supporting them. One is free and needs no account at all. Here is who each one is for, and why we split them up in the first place.
Open the live demoWhy this is a suite and not a bundle
A bundle is several products sold together. A suite is one record that several people can see.
The difference shows up on a Tuesday afternoon. A carer records a seizure. The family sees that it happened, on their own portal, without ringing anybody. The clinical lead sees it against the care plan. The incident writes itself into the register with its statutory notifiability already worked out. Nobody rekeys anything. Nobody emails a spreadsheet to somebody who then emails it to somebody else.
What each person sees is decided by what they are entitled to see, not by how senior they are. A director does not get to browse a named record simply for being a director. That is not us being awkward. That is the law, and a great deal of software quietly ignores it.
For the person, and the family beside them
Fiducia Talk
308 symbol cards across 14 sets, a phonics keyboard using the full UK grapheme set, a big-key keyboard and switch scanning. It speaks in your device's own voice. Free, with no account, and your words never leave the device.
Fiducia Life
Everything Talk does, and then the rest of a life. Feelings and wellbeing, the Calm Room, my day, all about me, my shop, my things, and The Library with its guided reading. Yours, not a window onto somebody else's file.
Fiducia Guardian
For parents, foster carers and legal guardians. One person seen whole: their day, their health and medicines, their care plan, their consents, their care team, their allowance and their documents. Everything a guardian is entitled to see, approve and manage.
For the people doing the work
Fiducia Together
The full suite. Nine areas covering clinical care, governance, workforce, finance, facilities, communications, education, day-to-day operations and the person's own portal. One login across all of it.
My Portal
A member of staff's own side of working somewhere. Their rota, their calendar, their payslips and the documents they have to read and sign. Deliberately not the manager's view, because a front-line carer should not be handed a screen where nine of the twelve options refuse them.
The Codex
The manual for the whole system, written as a book you can read rather than a search box you have to guess at. Included with every plan at no cost, because a library nobody can find is a library nobody reads.
Inside the suite
Nine areas. Switch on the ones your service needs and leave the rest alone. Prices and the full feature lists are on the pricing page.
Clinical Care and Health
Care plans, medication and eMAR, vitals and body monitoring, clinical observations, appointments and referrals.
Governance and Safeguarding
Safeguarding alerts, the DoLS register, incidents and accidents with their statutory notifications, the policy library with mandatory sign-off, the risk register and CQC readiness.
Workforce and Human Resources
Rota and shifts, timesheets, absence and leave, payslips, expenses, HR forms, recruitment and the cross-organisation staff pool.
Finance, Commercial and Bids
Invoicing, double-entry accounting, the invoice inbox, procurement, growth forecasting and the smart tender feed.
Facilities and Site Operations
A real phone number and call queue, households, room bookings, the kitchen and meal planning, maintenance and vehicles.
Communications and Community
Staff feed, secure messaging, email, video meetings, social media and your own public website.
Education and Human Development
Curriculum and exams, EHCP tracking, courses, storybooks, social stories, memory books and student records.
Productivity, Agile and Operations
Work items and checklists, the sprint board, documents, presentations and Studio, the creative suite.
Client Experience
Fiducia Life inside the suite, so a member of staff can see exactly what the person they support sees.
And two apps that have nothing to do with care
We needed a password manager and an authenticator we could actually trust, so we built them. They work with your bank and your personal email just as readily as with us.
Fiducia Whisper
Your logins, encrypted on your device before they are stored, filled straight from the browser. Our servers hold a blob we have no key for. That is not a promise about what we would do. It is a fact about what we can do.
Fiducia Fistbump
Your two-factor codes, on every device you own, opened with a passkey. Separate vault, separate sign-in. A second factor exists so that somebody holding your password still cannot get in, and keeping both behind one unlock quietly undoes that.
The questions people actually ask
Do we have to take all of it?
No. The suite is nine areas and you switch on the ones you need. It is one Direct Debit and you can change it whenever your service changes. Plenty of services start with two areas.
Can the family see everything?
No, and that is deliberate. Guardian shows what a guardian is entitled to see, approve and manage, which is not the same as everything on the record. Consent is held per category, and where the person can decide for themselves, they decide.
Is Fiducia Talk really free, or free for now?
Really free. No account, no subscription, no trial that ends. Switch scanning is included, because for some people scanning is not a premium feature, it is the only way they can talk at all.
We already use something else for payroll. Does that matter?
Not at all. Leave that area switched off and keep what works. We would rather sell you six areas you use than nine you resent.
Where is our data, and can you read it?
On a private server in the United Kingdom, hosted and maintained by us. We do not outsource development and we do not hire engineers outside the UK, so the people who can reach the machine your records sit on are people we employ and vet ourselves.
Your care record is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over TLS 1.3. We can read it, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise, because a supplier who genuinely cannot see your data also cannot help you recover it. What we cannot do is read it quietly. Access is written to a tamper-evident audit chain, and that chain will not let us edit an entry after the fact either.
Whisper and Fistbump are built the other way round on purpose. Those two vaults are encrypted on your device before anything is stored, so what reaches us is ciphertext we hold no key for.
What do you track?
Almost nothing, and we are not going to tell you it is for your benefit.
Our analytics count how many people visited a page and roughly where they arrived from, a search engine or a social site. That is the whole list. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker and no cookie doing any of it, because the counting happens on our own server rather than in your browser. Nothing follows you after you leave.
We treat privacy as a basic human right rather than a commodity to be traded, so we will never sell what little we hold. In return we ask one thing. If something irritates you, or behaves oddly when you hold your phone a certain way, or you have seen another product do something that would make your life easier, please tell us. We read all of it, and we will do our best to build it.
What does running this cost the planet?
Less than it used to, and not nothing, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Our server sits with Krystal, a UK host we chose for how they run rather than for what they charge. Their data centres are matched 100% with renewable energy from the sun, wind and sea, supplied by Ecotricity rather than bought back as offsets, and they operate at a power usage effectiveness of 1.2 or better. They are a certified B Corp scoring 81.8 on the B Impact assessment against a median of 50.9, they are members of 1% for the Planet, and they plant a tree every month for every active client, ours included. More than five million are in the ground.
They also hold ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. We do not hold those yet, and we will not borrow theirs.
What happens to our records if we leave?
They are yours. An organisation owner can export the lot themselves, as one encrypted bundle, without asking us. Erasure is a documented process with an audit trail behind it, not a support ticket and a promise.
See what it costs before you speak to anybody
No quote form, no discovery call, no “contact us for pricing”. The prices are on the page. Start from a ready-made plan or build your own from the nine areas.
See the pricingStill not sure which of these is yours?
Tell us who you are supporting and what is going wrong at the moment. We have all been the person on your end of this, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
