About Fiducia Together
Alongside supporting family members with complex needs, each member of the team is living with a physical or neurological condition, so at Fiducia our vision is to provide the tools to assist everyone in living their best possible life, irrespective of their physical, neurological or emotional complexities. It is our belief that everyone should have a voice, deserves to be heard and has the right to as much autonomy within their life as possible — which is why our product has been designed so each individual or organisation can tailor their package to meet their individual needs.
Why we built it
Fiducia Together operates on a fundamental principle: care software must be built by those who understand care intimately.
Corporate healthtech often fails because software engineers lack direct caregiving experience, while care professionals lack the technological infrastructure to build scalable tools. Fiducia Together eliminates this disconnect.
Between us we bring more than twenty years in the care industry, ten years in software engineering, a qualified person-centred counsellor and a qualified nursery nurse — and, in every case, the lived experience of caring for a family member with complex needs.
Meet Team Fiducia
Leanne Alexander
With 20+ years of experience within the care industry alongside a 10+ year career within software engineering and web design, Leanne utilises her knowledge and experience to develop our product to meet all regulatory standards whilst meeting our service users' needs in a productive and practical manner.
Leanne leads our design team, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality whilst keeping up to date with technological advancements and adapted rules and regulations within the care industry.
Sarah Alexander
Sarah is a qualified person-centred counsellor with a degree in project management and community development. Alongside her professional qualifications and experience, her personal experience of caring for various family members with complex needs has given her valuable insight, empathy and understanding. She brings a compassionate person-centred approach to the team combining practical knowledge with genuine lived experience to support our service users with care and respect.
Rachel Carlaw
Rachel is a qualified nursery nurse with professional experience as a youth worker, bringing a wealth of knowledge in supporting children and young people. As the mum of two Autistic children who are now adults, she also offers invaluable lived experience and a deep understanding of navigating care and support needs. Rachel is known for her strong, determined character and her commitment to helping others with compassion, resilience and practical insight.

Compliance
We are compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and built on privacy-by-design principles. All personal data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and in transit over TLS 1.3, with TLS 1.2 the oldest version accepted.
Our workflows map directly to the CQC Single Assessment Framework's five key questions — safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led — so inspection-ready reports come out of the record keeping rather than being assembled separately.
The platform meets WCAG 2.1 AA, with high-contrast modes, scalable text, switch-access compatibility and sensory-friendly palettes designed for neurodivergent and visually impaired users.
We operate to Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 controls and to the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit standard. Formal certification against them is scheduled ahead of scaling enterprise contracts.
